single cantors of the Jewich faith were being exenpted from serving
in the army under +he Selective Service Act. i

Miant on four <cafferent occasions but as yet, in his opinion, no prose~
euition has been instituted as a result of his complaints.

Act does not come within the investigative jurisdiction of the jz
: unless there is some allegation of a viclation of the act. ir
was advised that the decision by a particular local board that cantors

gative jurisdiction in the ee of fraud or collusion.
