OC. Inasmch as the Bureau is terminating its wembership in the ICPC, arranserents were made “with the International Association of Chiefs of Police to forward their publication directly to the ICPC in Paris, rather than to the Bureau for transmittal. The Bureau has also recetved-a letter from Monsieur Ducloux, Secretary Ceneral-of the ICPC, trans- mitting a copy of the communication addressed by him to the Acting Director of the 'Police Chiefs Newstin Washington, D. ©., proposing that a direct exchange be established between.the ICPC and the IACP.
