You will recall that the Bureau has terninated tts
membership in the ICPC upon the termination of the effective dues
’ date, which dues have been paid through December 31, 195Q. The
Bureau has also informed the ICPC by letter dated October 18, 1950,
that we will in the future handle inquirtes and.requests from
law enforcement agencies of other countries on.a dtrect basis and
té was suggested that a letter be sent out by the Comnisston
advising the members that they should conmunicate directly with the
FBI. . .
