wee ee a cory LEGATION OF SWITZERLAND . co Washington, D.C. -\ April 11, 1949 330-13-BT/mb/ Mr. Secretary: The International Commission of Criminal Police, .. at the time of its last Congross at Prague in 1948, decided to hold its General Assembly at Berne during the period of October 10 to 15, 1949. _ By order of my Government, I have the honor to 4nvite the Government of the United States to be represented at this meeting. _ ; I take the liberty of calling your attention to the fact that the International Commission of Criminal Police would like to see appointed first of all, as official delegates, those persons who already particie- pated in either the Paris Congress in 1947 or the one at Prague in 1948. There is attached herewith the name of the American representative at these meetings. The final agenda of the General Assembly of the International Commission of Criminal Police will be transmitted later to the delegates who are appointed. Accept, hr.
