These data should include a complete description of tha ICPC facilities such ag amount of office spaca, organisation, nuaber of employees, spocial files and records. These latter should include such facilities as are available tothe Icre revarding counterfeiting and forvories, fin-arprint records, etc. It is also requestod that you furnish a list of the nations which aro preséntly members o! the T¢PC and frem whom information can be obtained throuch ICPC facilities. You should also discreetly ascortain the presont status of efforts to have the Soviet Union join the orranization.
