In aecordance with the action . of the Conference at that time, Mr. Telford and the State * Department were both so udvised. The Conference was advised that a cablecgram has now been received from Wr. Telford indicating adutce has deen . received from Mr. Guy Spaman, Secret Service Agent presently aN assigned to Faris, that hie headquarters in Fashington have om requested him to attend the general assembly meetings of the 5 Commission scheduled to begin September 6 at Prague and further, ~y that kr.
