In order to speed up the traffic of radio-electric
transmissions, it would be particularly usefal for the stations:
of the international system to have very close relations with
each other, Bat, as some national stations also work in co-opera~
tion with national systems, it 1s impossible to fix new hours for
transmission operations, without being informed of the periods
during which these stations gan be placed at the disposal of the
international traffic.
