vouchere for transfer of the sum of $1,500.00 from-the Bureau to the State
Depar tment appropriation,. the sum to be ultimately to be deposited in Swiss france
in a banking account in Geneva, Switzerland and to be used for payment of nenber-
ehip for the FBI in the International Criminal Police Commission,
On Horember 7, 1946, Mr. James Lewle of the State Department advised
Bpecial Agent F. P, Griffee that the method of transfer as suggested by -the Bureau:
would present complications, Mr. Lewis suggested an alternate plan of transfer,
