I am astonished to heer thetthe U.S.A. cuthorities consider that, owing to the desorganisetion of the majority of the criminal police forces in Europe, the Interna- tional Commission of Priminel Police would not be able to present practical results. In order to point out that the American authorities received such distorted information which cannot have been given through you, owing to your capacities and understandings of internationel criminal police cooperation, I Wish to give more extended information, which if-auly brought before your authorities, will change their opinion on the efficiency of the re-instated commission. ; _ 7 Yourself wote to me of the “interest you will teke in - this problem and all the Members of our International Organi- Setion understood that you intend to cooperete with us in the future.
