Tomission as soon as cossible so that it ean begin functioning again withowt further delay. “Me feels that with the increased facilities of -cormmication now available to criminals the work of the Comission in the dissemination of information will be more and more essential. Lt. Col. Louwase made special mention of the importance of keening tne Tormission completely divorced from political matters. He anticipates no difficulty in this reeard, “he primary function of the Commission is to disseminate information regarding cawaon law crimes, and will not accept or distribute information on political refugees, exiles, etc. .. If the Pureau decides to participate in the coming conference at Brussels en June rd, any proposals or modifications of statutes, etc. shouid be submitted to Lt. Col. Louwage as soon as possible in order that they might be trans! ated and included on the agenda. oe the writer was very well received by Lt. Col. Louwaze end he spoke in tne highest terms of the Director and the FSI, ; “nere is enclosed herewith a copy of a circular listing hotels and restaurants available to delegates in Drussels, as well as information rerarding the exchange of information on criminal police matters between the national bureaus and tne international bureau, which have not previously been sent to the Bureau, _In the event the Bureau decides to participate in the Commission, it is succested that this office he notified by cablezram in order that Lt.
