Judge ATs sri mera Holtzoff stated this matter was pending at the Budget Bureau for clearance and he expected to receive word from the Budget Bureau in the next two or three days. He anticipates that the Budget Bureau will act favorably upon ‘the draft of the Bill and it will then be sent to the appropriate Committees Jos Congress.
