MeN, Ye EES, FOIA ER HEY go Resort Nog 3, attached, entitled "The international Convention of 1936 for the suppression of the illicit traffle in dangerous drugs." Tnia resort, prepured by Dr. Bruno Schults, was : digcussed on tho morning of June 10, 1937, and was passed over to the final dey of the conference, June 11, 1937, at which time the notion at Page 6 of the report was to be adopted as written. Tiis sarticular resort should prove of especial interest to _ the Narcotic Bureau of the lreasury Department. Resort Noe 4, attached, entitled "Denial of Issuance, Annulment, Nithdrawal, of Pussports, for Reesone of the Public Safety,® prepurod by Dr, Bruno Schults. This particular report was not considered by the Commission un'eas teken up on the lest day of the confercnce, June 11, 1937. This renort and the motion at Pages 5 and 6 thereof should orove perticularly interesting to the State Tepartaent. Report No. 5, attached, entitled “Eventuel Introduction of a Unifora drrangeasent of the Pcrsonal Deseription in the Police Journals," prezgared by br. Bruno Schultz. This renort was discussed on the afternoon of June 10, 1937... No final action wus taxen on it but the same connittee mentioned in the report was instructed to make further study of the matter and subait an additional report at the 1938 conference. of the Commission. ; Toe forms "A," *B,* and "C", included in the supplement at the oe back of this revort, should provo of pzerticulsr Interest to tie Federal Buresu of Investization, U. S. Bepertucnt of Justice, and a cosy of this -xurticular report has been furnished to thet Bureau by the United States delegate.
