Rice, a Catholic priest from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Staughton Lynd, Assistant Professor of History at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois; both of whom are outspoken critics of U.S. policy in Vietnam, are also members | or the committee.
