Informant T-5, of known reliability, advised that the "Peekskill
Disorders" of August 27, and September 9, 1919, in the vicinity of Peekskill,
New York, were the outgrowth of concerts given by singer PAUL ROBESON. The
informant stated that the cemcerts were held under the auspices of the Harlem
Division of the Civil Rights Congress.
