Be was informed that, of course, the Bureau hed no jurisdiction in this matter; that the investigetions in this regard were under the suvervision of the Naval authorities, but that he could be assured that if any inquiries were made of the Director for a person well qualified to act in this manner he would surely keep his services in mind. Bs that, of course, he did not want to appear for and he realized he would have to be sponsored by someone else other than himself, but that he was very much interested in the matter; had certain ideas and thought possibly his services could be utilized.
