In addition Mr. WALLAGE attended a formal reception given by the Gove rnor
a session of the Municipal council, and miscellaneous other meetings of
various groups and organizations. He arrived in Guayaquil on April 19
at 9:00 Am and departed for Oali, Colombia at 1:20 PM April 20, 1943.
