In this way, collective strencths can overcome indivie dual weaknesses for the mutusl benefit of all in the common struggle to liquidate the common Orieny « It ls the policy of the War Counoil not to involve itself in the internal political affairs or disagree- ments within different organizations or groups. With this in mind, the War Council recognizes and accepts - menbership on the Counoil of the representatives of any rilitary/nolitical unit, cell, group or orgentzation that qualifies.
