4, That $70 berthvef food be given over a cne-month period
to each family coming to receive food, That is, by the end of
one month's time, a total of $70 worth of foci will have veen
given to each family. This is to be done during the first month
of operation of the program. If this means rroblems of the stor-

essity to have an expansion of the number of centers as weil as
the number of days and hours that the centers are onen, It has
