to show the premises to prospective buyers or tenants. ; .
- Assignment: Tenant shali not assign, sublease, subrent, or otherwise tranefer his interest
in the premises without the prior written consent of Rental Associates,
C. Alterations; Tenent shall make no alterations or additions to the premises without the
prior written consent of Rental Associates, Any such alterations, {f permitted, shell
forthwith become part of the prenises end shall belong to Rental Associates.
D. Termination and Holding Over: The intention of tenant to renew this rentsl agreement
after its termination date must be expresaed in writing thirty (30} days prior to thet
date. In the event tenant holds over after the termination date without the consent of 1
