For the information of the Bureau, one side of { this tape (with the writing on it) consists of Lawrence Welk music and Jimmy Dean music. The other side consists of & rambling, frequently incoherent, conversation between an unknown make and unknown female concerning a number of topics. It appears roth were intoxicated at the time the recording was made. Of pertinence to the HEARNAP are statenents made about midway through the conversation wherein the male subject alleges he knows the location of PATRICIA HEARST — and alleges that he was questioned concerning the HEARNAP in San Antonio a year ago. Major portions of this recorded y conversation are inaudible at Jacksonville and the remainder generally incoherent. Therefore, the envelope and cassette ds are being forwarded to the Bureau for whatever action deemed appropriate.
