On 11/12/76, results of , FBI investigation furnished to Alameda County District Attorney's (DA) Office for prosecltive interest. On 11/17/75 . ‘DA's Office, Alameda County, California, notified Alameda County Probation Department of.prosecutive complaint concerning BORTIN. Upon receipt of this ifformation, Alameda County Probation authorities revoked BORTIN'S..probation and a@ bench warrant for BORTIN was issued. Afteér.,télephonically notify- ing his probation officer that he would, not surrender, inspite of bench warrant, BORTIN voluntarily surrendered to Alameda County Judge SPURGEON AVAKIAN.
