Therefore, the External » Affairs Division, in coordination with the General Investiga- tive Division, has prepared a packet of material which is to be furnished to the field under the Bureau-Wide Information Program, The prepared material consists of documentary, visual and qural aids presenting the .status of the Hearnap investigation, and reéemphasizing the need for public cooperation in the location of Patricia Hearst and Willian and Emily Harris.
