For the information of the Detroit Office, ROBYN SUE STEINER was closely connected with known members of the SLA , during 1973. STEINER journeyed to the San Francisco Bay Area \ with RUSSELL J. LITTLE who is being held with another SLA . member for the execution type killing of MARCUS FOSTER, former - Oakland Superintendent of Schools. STEINER also resided for us a while with EMILY and WILLIAM HARRIS, SLA fugitives, who were ‘ last known to be in the company of PATRICIA HEARST. © STEINER departed the East Bay Area of California during} - the last part of November or the first part of December of 1973 to return to her home in Miami, Florida. She was interviewed . by an Oakland, California,detective in January, 1974, but was less than forthright in her responses. Since that time, she has refused to be interviewed by the FBI and her whereabouts are unknown. STEINER probably has gone underground because the SLA in one communique issued a death warrant for her although her former paramour requested that it be disregarded. 4g a.
