There follows a summary of investigative efforts to locate subjects of this case in the State of Kentucky {, as directed in referenced communications. * By office memo of 10/3/74 all agents in this division were advised of Bureau instructions contained in the initial referenced communication, along with Bureau memo dated 9/23/74 prepared at FEI headquarters. Instruc- tions were issued to contact all criminal (including ail PCIs), extremist and security informants in the Louisville Division. Specific assignments were made to contact abortion and heaith clinics, auto rental agencies, day labor and: temporary employment offices, camping supplies outlets and university personnel offices, Ali SRAs having daily news publications in their respective areas were requested to furnish appropriate information with wanted fliers for sub- jects to these sources. This office has previously furnished information to radio and T.V. stations throughout the State regarding the Hearnap case in connection with the top ten program.
