“+ . we en ee eek _ on KX 7-811 In Knoxville WBIR-TV, Channel 10, in cooperation with newsman, JAY BEELER, we have been able to utiiize his “Good Morning Show" which is featured from 8:00 to> 9:00 a.m., each weekday, During this show, Mr. ESELER has been cooperative in featuring the Top Ten Program of the Bureau, giving publicity to fugitives including the subjects in HEARNAP, He continues to cooperate fully with this office and his program is expected to run for several weeks. WIVC-TV, Channel 9, Chattanooga, Tennessee, has indicated they would arrange for a short announcement relating to the Wanted Flyer 475A and would -run this wanted notice on a regular basis. I have apoeared in person on the WBIR-TV, Chennel 10, Program in Knoxville, concerning the Bureau Fugitive Program, PLANNED INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVITY ; (1) continue tu [uliow the azcisgne? contacts mentioned above to insure all contacts made. (2} Will continue personal liaison with law enforcement agencies to insure coverage of all sightings within the area, ‘ (3) Will reassess the circulation of I.0.'s and Wanted Flyers within the division to insure wide as possible circulation. (4) Will make this a matter of discussion , at any police schools conducted to law enforcement personnel within the next month.
