The caller advised that HEARST has not been outside the United States and is not now in the State of Arizona although he expected her to be in Arizona on the following Sunday. Arrangements were made whereby the caller would re-establish | telephonic contact on 11/23/74, and as a result approsfriate - | recording devices were maintained on the Phoenix confidential telephone number.
