California. This complaint charges WILLIAM TAYLOR HARRIS
with violation of the National Firearms Act, Title 26,
' Section 5861(d), United States Code, i.e., he knowingly
possessed firearms (automatic machine guns), which had not
‘been registered to him in the National Firearms Registration
and Transfer Record, as required. Bond was recommended in
the amount of $5,000 Corporate Surety. A federal warrant
was issued. ‘

warrants were filed in Oakland-Piedmont Municipal Court on
WILLIAM TAYLOR HARRIS. The felonies charged are for violation
af Section 118, California Penal Code (Perjury), and the
misdemeanor charge is for violation of Section 20, California
Vehicle Code (False or Fictitious Names on Documents Filed
at the California Department of Motor Vehicles). Two counts
_ of felony and two counts of misdemeanor were filed on HARRIS.
