CG 94-1259 ccs his possession an extensive file of newspaper clippings concerning the HERNAP case and "JOSEPH" was quite conversant with many of the details of the:: HERNAP case ° which have appeared in the press. "JOSEPH" indicated that he was convinced that the subjects of the HERNAP case are to be found in the | Downers Grove, Illinois area and made available to the Bureau xerox copies of road maps of the Downers Grove area and an information sheet which generally referenced kocations such as area marketing, restaurants and shopping centers where the HERNAP subjects could logically be found. "JOSEPH" further indicated that he has frequently checked the locations where he feels the HERNAP subjects could be found . and has observed many look-a-likes, JOSEPH was unable to. furnish any other information regarding his observations and no information of any apparent value to the HERNAP case. "JOSEPH" was anxious to , be of assistance to the Bureau, however, it was observed that due to his age, his conversation and train of thought was generally rambling _ and often vague. "JOSEPH" was assured that his intentions were appreciated and his information would receive appropriate consideration. .
