He stated that midway through this transaction, he . observed the same female and a male Caucasian pushing a K-Mart Be cart to the counter of the Radio Department where they engaged oS ina conversution of five to ten minutes duration with his re assistant He advised that when he returned to ce the counter, subsequent to the departure of the aforementioned Caucasian couple, informed him that she had just Oo ee sold a General Electric multi-band portable radio, inventory 7 number P2840 with AM-FM and citizen band frequency plus tweive “ho. : paekages of Mallory Alkaline dura~cell batteries size AA to the bees aforementioned Caucasian couple.
