At 8:30 p.m., prior to admission, JOHNSON was
advised of her constitutional rights as indicated on Interroga-
tion; Advice of Rights form FD-395, which was witnessed by Special
Agents of the FBI, and members of the Los Angeles Police Depart-
ment. JOUNNSON, at that time, voluntarily waived her rights,
acknowledging this by signing the above- mentioned form, and
stated that) she felt "“inuch better now", and was willing to
talk.

would be summarized on tape, allowing JOHNSON to narrate in
her own words, the recent events regarding the members of the

This interview on tape was completed, after which
time officers from the Los Angeles Police Department secured
the area and stood guard at the entrance | to Room 279, where
JOHNSON was located,
Special Agents of the FBI were with JOHNSON from the
time she exited from the residence at L466 East 54th Street,
untgl the morning of May 18, 1974, when she was left at Cal-
ifofnia Hospital in the custody of the Los Angeles Police
