SHEPARD waited until a Sheriffts Office ear and Inglewood Police ear arrived. He talked to officers from both agencies and then started on his way back’ to the store, As he was returning to ‘the store he observed the vehicle commandeered from the black couple parked at the inter- section of 115th and Cimarron, The vehicle was surrounded by police officers. ce : SHEPARD returned to the sporting goods store where " everyone wanted to know where he had been.
