She. observed two individuals run across Crenshaw Boulevard from Mel's Sporting Goods Store, These individuals were some distance from her but they appeared to be one white female and one male, possibly a dark Caucasian ' or a light complexioned Negro. She described this white female as small in stature-with light brown, bushy hair, which was short, The male she described as having dark bushy hair... ' She believes that the white female was carrying a weapon and that when the two were fleeing across Crenshaw Boule- = ° vard they stopped in -the center median and the female turned ae toward Mel's Sporting Goods Store and fired shots at the store. &.;. ° The two then proceeded to a red Volkswagen van which was parked oe facing Mel's Sporting Goods Store in the parking Lot directly across Crenshaw Boulevard. The two again stopped as they approached the truck and she again heard firing from the area - Of the truck, The two then entered this Volkswagen and it appeared as if there was some difficulty in starting this ve- ve’ Rielle because it seemed to remain there for almost one minute | i. 0 after the two individuals entered it. During this period some- “ - one leaned out from the passenger side of the vehicle and fired ye. gphots toward Mel's Sporting Goods Store. with some type of weapon, She saw only two individuals enter this Volkswagen van and does not know if anyone else was in the van.
