It is to be noted that ~BELGADO, a Negro male, approximately 35 years of age, 5'11" to 6! tall, who was accompanied by a Negro female, approximately 32-33 years of age, 5'4" tall, along with a Negro child, approximately 3 years of age, were in possession o ick on May 6, 1974, when the Negro male contacted in regards to the purchase of the red and white Volkswagen, p review of the aforementioned manual, he immediately picked out the photograph of a 1964 Buick LeSabre, which appeared to be id ical to the previously mentioned Buick. He advised SA that it was identical except that the Buick which — ft was in possession of was a 4-door sedan with a temporary sticker in the right rear window, which reflected green numerals, and was an indication ‘of TT at Said vehicle had been purchased in the year 1973. He further advised the condition of the exterior of the vehicle reflected that the paint had been severely weathered, and the vehicle's color was Oxidized pale green.
