three options which are available to return Patricia and
it points out that her liberation is only possible if no
interference thatsoever Iv the Hearsts is undertaken into
the group's operation. The options are set out as follows:
Option No. 1: The use of seven cormanco-type trained

first available American Fmtassy in “Yestern Furope. The
fee for this operation is 435,000 (Mit) German Marks, vhich

this oneration is 487,000 (MY) German Marks.
Option No. 3 sould include all the ahove set forth
items in addition to which Patricia would he furnished a
foreiqn diplomatic passport, true and authentic, which
would enakle her to obtain Ciplomatic immunity. The letter
makes mention that the additional money would be used to
pay for neaotiations for such a passport. The sum for this
particular operation is set at 562,000 (DM) Cerman Marks.
Paae three of the letter mentions that the Hearsts
would have to make a choice as to one of the previously~
mentioned plans and the Ietter explains how they are to
give notice that they have aqreed to the conditions set
forth in the letter.
