Al had defaced the walls with writings in black spray paint. was particularly angry because the ba ub in the b room was ‘filled with some black liquid. said he was so angry that he really did not read the inscriptions on the wall or noticed that there was a spray painted picture of the snake in the bathroom. . and the extermination man were in the apartment approximately five minutes. They had entered the apartment at approximately 10:55 AM that morning. oted that there ‘were two notes on the fioor near the door. One was a note which he had placed there on Friday, April 26, 1974, at approximately 4:00 PM, instructing the tenants to make rent checks payable t estment Company.
