On 5/20/74, U.S. Congressman CLARENCE J. BROWN, U.S. Post Orfice Building, Springfield, Ohio, furnished a copy of theletter réceived from subject. QM advised the original of the letter was keing forwarded to Congressman BROWN at his Washington, D.C. office. . In this letter subject indicated he had information concerning individuals ovposed to the U.S. Government, and had attempted to call the Cincinnati Office of the FBI to furnish this information. ‘The Cincinnati Office of the FBI, however, had refused to accept his collect teleonone call. The apparent purnese of subject's letter to Congressman BROW was to complain about the FSI's refusal to accept his collect telephone call, and to suggest that the FBI be furnished with a toll free telephone number. . ; 7 On 5/20/74, and 5/21/74, several attempts to contact subject at his listed telephone number, 325-8559, met with negative results.
