ASMA pn, CV 7-1094 = = WEINFR was shown a photo of WENDY MASAKO vosurbinn, and WEINER stated the woman in the photograph was identital te the person he had referred to as JOAN (LNU) at the farn,, | on July 2, 1974. WEINER indicated her hair was shorter than in the photograph, she was attractive, and had an odd complexipr, ‘almost plastic looking. On July 4, 1974, WEINER telephoned NICKI SCOTT at her apartment in New York. City and they discussed some Philadelphia Phillies baseball players who were "into" “transcendental meditation” WEINER called MICKI from Shea Stadium in the New York City area. On July 16, 1974, JACK and MICKI SCOTT, PAUL HOCH, : LINDA HUEY, and WEINER attended a New York Stars World Footbal League home game in New York City together. WEINER recalled that a friend of JACK SCOTT, GEORGE SAUER, was playing for the ~ New York Stars and this was the reason for the group attendin;, the game. WEINER recalled that this was the first home game of the New York Stars football season in 1974. On July 24, 1974 or thereabouts, WEINER went to the SCOTTs' apartment in New York City and talked to MICKI, but he does not recall JACK SCOTT being present. The convers:.~ tion was general in nature, and he believes he mav have asked MICKI how “their friends at the farm" were getting along. WEINEK believes MIGRI responded that they were all right or | words to that effect. This occurred the same day that WEINER’ did a story in "Newsday" regarding EDDIE EIHORN (phonetic), the President of the TVS sports television network. On either August 17, 18, or 19, WEINER, JACK SCOIT, and MICKI SCOTT drove to the farm at Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. WEINER drove his tan Volkswagen Sedan and the SCOTTa drove their older beige Volkswagen. Upon arriving at the farm, WEINER observed no one present, and he noted that numerous appliances, the dish rack on the kitchen sink, and a radio me ee mm ee” were no longer in the house. The house was clean and it appeared’ that the previous occupants had moved out. JACK and MICKI | SCOTS in WEINER's presence, proceeded to wipe down al! parts: of the house where fingerprints could be found. This was -done in a light~hearted, joking way, and either JACK or vi CRI , SCOTT stated where would the cops look for fingerprints” and "we'd make good cops".
