RMILY HARRIS and MICKI MC GEE Grove to the Mount Pocono, Pa., area to pick up HEARST and drove her to the apartment of JACK SCOTT. It was shortly thereafter that his parents drove to New York to the apartment and this is where WALTER SCOTT met all of thesa individuals. ‘fter WALTER SCOTT left for Vashington, D.C., 9° his parents also left New York, ad drove to the residence’ ~~ of his uncle, WALTER A. SCOTT, 153% Capouse Avenue, Scranton, Pa. He set the time frame for this trip out of New York to Scranton, Pa., around June 28, 1974, give or take two or three days either way. While visiting his uncle, JOHN scott gave him a 3500 check which he had received from JACK SCOTT drawn on the latters bank accnunt in New York City, which was to cover the exnenses for his trip east. This unele cashed this check fop JOHN SCCTT at < bank in Dunmore, Pa. His parents remained with the uncle for a two or three day period and then drove to Las Vegas, hevada, Sometime after WALTER and his parents left his brother in New York City, JACK SCOTT rented a farm in the vicinity of Lake Arjel-Honesdale, Pa. This farm wes described as being ai proximately two and oneshalf acres in size and contained about e one-half acre pond and a large rustic house which was approximately 30 years old. He feels his brother may have rented this farm under his own nane. For a two to two and one-half month: perlod, July, August, September 1974, PATKICIs HEARST, WILLIAM and EMILY HARRIS ana other essoclates of JACK SCOTT stayed at and/or visited this farm. He said they swam in the pond and played volley ball in the yard regularly. He was told that they had an actual volley ball net and they exercised this way. He also recalls JACK telling him that this farm was up for sale at the same time they rented it.
