Qli2 Piece of torn envelope bearing hand printing “KSA” Q113 Scotch C~120 cnssette tape and having written notation “SLA March 74" ALSO SUBMITTED: California State Automobile Association card in the nane "Patricia C, Hearst’; one clear plastic cassette tape cover; and four lifts from inside Foster Restaurant ladies restroom oo ‘ Result of examination: A definite conclusion was not reached whether the questioned writing on 0112 and Q1I1S was prepared by the writers of tho unidentified questioned writing in thim case, the case captioned “Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) EX" or case captioned "August Seventh Guerrilla Movement (ASG) EY” or by any of the suspecta whose known or purported known writing is available in the Laboratory, due to tha limited amount of questioned writing and the presence of unexplainad variations. a Specimen Q112 includes one piece of brown plastic tape 1 2/2 inch wide and 5 1/4 inches long and two pieces of 1 1/2 inch wide white plastic tape. The two pieces of white tape fit together to form a continuous strip 6 1/2 inches long. The ends of this atrip and the ends of the brown tape are torn and are suitable for comparison, The brown tape has adhesive on one side while the white tape has adhesive on both sides.
