Result of examination: The conclusion was reached that the typewriting on Qll1, Q102 and Q104 were prepared by the same typewriter. Also, characteristics observed indicate that the typewriting on the envelopes Q101, 9103 and Q110 may also have been prepared by the typewriter used to prepare the Q102, Q104 and Qlll letters; however, due to the leck of comparable typewriting, 4 definite eonclusion was not reached. Ql10 and Ql1l contain no watermarks, indented writing of signifiennce or other characteristics to aid in definitely determining their source. An eight cent U.S. Postal Service stamp, torn from a roll of stamps, is affixed to Ql10. __ Q110 and Qlli,which have been photographed, are being returned separately.
