At 3 EO Fe RE OTE Spee QO 2] GLP /sad / A £ A review of property obtained by the Oakland, California, Police Department after issuance of a search warrant at 1560 Sutherland Court, Concord, California, (location of Symbionese Liberction Arav Neadquarters) reveals that contained therein were #vo publications entitled "California International Business Directory” and “Directory of American Firms Operating in Foreign Countries” A review of these publications reveals that a study had been made of the names of individuals and companies appearing in these books and in the book entitled "California International Business Directory" prominent individuats' names residing in California were underlined. No further action appeared to have been taken against these individuals by the Symbionese Liberation Army. ™ ee In the second publication entitled “Directory of American Firms Opetating in Foreiqn.Countiies", it appears . that the Symbionese Liberation Army was concerned with cer- tain countries, such as South Africa, Portuaqal, Chile, Brazil, etc. and underlined names of companies having operations in existence in these particular countries. No additional notations were written beside these companies underlined and/or circled. It should be noted that in connection with above- deserihed books that these books are considered reference books by the Oakland Public Library and are appropriately marked “Library Reference Books - For.
