Copies have been added thereto. Nothing of significance was observed in comparing the questioned writing on 984 and 985 with the auestioned writing on items vreviously submitted in this case, case eaptioned “SYMBIONESE LIBERATION ARMY (SLA) EM" and the case captioned "AUGUST SEVENTH GUERILLA MOVEMENT (ASGM) EM"; although, due to the presence of unexplained variations and the lack of sufficiently comparab le writing, a*‘definite conclusion was not reached. ae Q84 contains no watermarks, indented writing of sipnificance or other characteristics to aid in definitely determining its source. Four eleven cent U.S. Postal Service | airmail stamps and six two cent stamps, torn from a booklet or booklets of stamos, are affixed to Q84.
