He furnished the following information: Shortly after 9:00 PM on the previous evening, February 4, 1974, he was upstairs,in his hedroom at the above residence with his brother P| All the sudden he heard what sounded like three gunshcts in succession, followed by a scream. Approximately ten seconds later, he heard what . Sounded like an additional series of..three qunshots. Approximately three second that he heard still another series of three gunshots. believed he possibly heard a fourth serics of three or four gunshots approximately three seconds after .the third series of shots, but was not absolutely certain aS to the last series of shots.
