On this date, Ambassador Lewis Hoffacker, Chairman, Working Group, Cabinet Committée to Comba errorisn, telephonically contacted me and stated he had had a request from Attorney General (AG) Younger of the State of California maliing the same request as set forth in the Director's memorandum. In addition, Ambassador Hoffacker stated that he had learned that~’ Nr.
