She described this Volkswagen as a dark colored Volkswagen, possibly dark green in color. After about two minutes, this Volkswagen, with its lights on, pulled out of this parking space ve past the car they were in. As this-car passe took a good look at the person sitting in the passenger's seat of this Volkswagen, which she felt was a 1970 model: aan or newer. As this car passed, é a remark about the license piate being covered up looked at-it... and could see that it was a California license Plate as it had a blue background. The letters were all covered up by black strips or possibly black tape which was in diagonal and cross diagonal strips. These Strips completely en “obliterated the letters..and numbers of ‘the license plate: This car moved to the corner about 25 feet away and double parked in the street facing south on Benvenue near the last parking space. It did not occupy this last parking space but stayed half in the street with its lights on, engine running and emergency flasher lights blinking. parked her car up into the space they had previously occupied and they all sat for one to two minu ving to decide what to do.
