These shots came from the east side of his apartment which faces on Benvenue. He stepped: out on his -pedroom balcony and heard voices and shouting. He could not distinguish any words or sentences from the’shouting. He then heard another group of gunshots which he described as a string of five to six shots. These were louder than the first ones he heard. “ He then heard some man yelt that a girl had*Béen: kidnapped and put in acar.
