PATRICIA HEARST on February 4, 1974.* She furnished

On Monday night, February 4, 1974, sometime
after 9:00 p.m., she could not remember exactly when,

her house but stayed inside and looked out her front window
' towards Parker and Benvenue Streets. She did not see any
suspicious persons or cars leaving the area. She stated
that she had not noticed anything peculiar and had not seen
any Suspicious persons or vehicles in the area that: she
could remember during the previous week.
