She furnished the following information: ‘She stated that she was at home in her.bed- room on the night of February 4, 1974 when, sometime after 9:00 p.m., she heard some shots fired. These shots came from the‘direction of Benvenue'Street- and numbered... approximately three shots. She recalled-tha r that her roommate's brother, came to. her door and they went down to the street. — did not see any thing such aS a car speeding away TL but Saw other people coming out into the street. It -- was shortly after that that an ambulance arrived and ~ police cars arrived and persons were being taken to the hospital. She did not see anybody acting suspicious and was not out of her apartment from about 4:00 p.m._on.
