VD ry (Hew. eth bg) . @ j : a . mL, . @-g5cna BUREAU OF investic MON” - - . . . Date _ February 7, 1974 “+ | On February 6, 1974 PETER BENENSON advised that he recalled certain additional information relating to his abduction on February 4, 1974 which he desired to relate to the FBI. , He stated that when he was forced into the rear seat of his car at the front of his house that night, he — gave some resistance to attempts to bind his hands. The female who was doing the binding (referred to previously as female #1) said, "I don't want any bullshit. I'm tired - of bullshit people." BENENSON said she also made a state- ment to the effect that she was ina “tough situation", He recalled that just as they got into the car female #1 was in the rear seat and said (apparently to a male), "I want you in the back with me..." (adding a name which BENENSON cannot ‘recall). BENENSON said he has con- centrated on trying to recall this name but is totally un- certain as to even what it might be at this time. BENENSON also remembered that just after the shooting when everyone piled in his car a girl said, "Don't wait for them. They'll be coming.” ; . He noted that he has sincerely attempted to recall .. events of that night and stated that this is all that comes to his mind at the present time. ~ Finally, BENENSON, when asked whether the male among the three who had accosted him could have been an albino, replied that this was certainly the case. He indicated that the blonde hair he observed could well have been that of an albino as it was so close to the head. oo t so “ On 2/6/74 a, Berkeley, California File # SF 7-855 end Aet S —SF7-855 0 Jhes scoement contains aeither recommendations nor runchusions «(the FBI. his the property of the FRI and ia-loaned to Yow asctey, al ond ite cuatents are not to be disinnhuted oulaide your ngency. ; . . . \ ” ? = att. a sos 7 ak are pal ”~ oo - . .
