information pertaining to their attorneys Martin
Fassler ané Jennie Rhine.
You will find attached such identifying
data as is presently availbble. Would you please
supply us with electronic surveillance information
pertaining to the captioned individuals following
the form set forth in our memorandum to you dated
April 16, 1969. An expeditious response is imperative
as this case is scheduled for hearing on May 16, 1974.
In order to expedite this matter please address your
